At D’ADOLFA, all our products are made with utmost care and attention to detail.

Exchange Policy

We offer a hassle-free exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Exchange requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged product received
• Missing product or item mismatch

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted, as all products are delivered in the same quality and design as mentioned in the product images. Each product is packed under CCTV surveillance.

Exchange Conditions

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• The exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
• Any request beyond 5 days will not be entertained.
• Parcel opening video is mandatory. If not provided at the time of exchange request, the exchange will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric nature and do not qualify as defects.
• D’ADOLFA reserves the right to inspect the product before approving an exchange.
